Created from just six hundred molly-coddled vines (Sei Cento is Italian for 600), up to 600 bottles of this luscious Pinot Noir are released each year.

In a small vineyard such as this, everything is done by hand and the fruit is fussed over every step of the way to produce this Pinot Noir. It’s a food wine - enjoy it with mushrooms, red meat such as lamb or venison, and a roaring winter fire on the side.
